Wholesale shop manager

Description

According to the subject of Job, the Wholesale shop manager undertakes to promote the sale of the second hand clothes and shoes.

Responsibilities

• The shop manager will sell secondhand clothes and shoes from the company’s shop in Yerevan.
• The shop manager is obliged to use his best endeavors to promote the sales of the Goods in accordance with the Company’s reasonable instructions and shall protect the Company’s interests with the diligence of a responsible businessman.
• When negotiating with customers, the shop manager shall offer the Goods strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offers of sale that the Company has communicated to him or her.
• The shop manager will work together in conjunction with the country manager to ensure that the shop meets it daily/weekly/monthly and yearly targets.
• To ensure execution of sales plan in terms of turnover and profitability and to maintain order in the shop.
• Count and sort the goods received.
• Monitor cleanliness and order in the shopping area and in the warehouse, take necessary actions when needed.

• The shop manager reports directly to the Country manager.

The shop manager must daily report to the head office in accordance with the forms and instructions provided by the company concerning the sales and deliveries of goods as well as cash handling.

  • Internal reports (daily, weekly, warehouse);
  • Reports for accountants (advance, cash book, invoices register etc).
  • Organise shop inventory process.

Skills needed for shop manager:

• Proactiveness, responsibility, discipline,
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.

Additional Notes

Working hours: 7 hours per day

The working days are Monday through Saturday.

Net Salary: 250 000 AMD
